The guy who attended to me was really helpful and so patient. I hadn't seen this much in London, as it's a very busy city. But he said Londoners in general did use to have that reputation up until some years ago (of being helpful and patient). There is a variety of things for drummers and percussionists. And they have a nice plus, which is the chance to use their studio once you've bought something. It's a super cool thing. I'm really happy to have been there and bought a couple of things. Just keep up the good service guys!

If you are looking for a practice room or rehearsal space, bell is excellent. As a drummer I've not found a better drum kit in London for the hourly rate they charge. Friendly staff, great cymbals, great kit, all for not much.

Properly helpful. Staff here know music, they know drums, and they really know customer service. You can tell they're passionate about all three, and they'll bend over backwards to help you - really great customer service. A wonderful discovery just as I'm getting back into drumming. This place should be your first port of call for drummers in London!

Honestly one of the best, if not the best drum shop in the UK. The customer service is beyond anything you could imagine, the staff are enthusiastic, kind, and always ensure that you feel comfortable and leave the shop satisfied. 110% would recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff and a comprehensive range of gear in the shop.i use this shop regularly for all my drumming needs.I recommend the rehearsal space highly too.Good clean rooms with top of the range equipment at a good hourly rate.

As drumming newbies my son and I visited the shop, wow, fantastic range, and best of all, amazing customer service. Although we weren't in the market to buy much, Tom spent time explaining everything we asked about, even down to the difference between sticks. In the corner was a set of Timpani which he let me have a go on, a childhood dream, and has booked a lesson for me to spend playing them. For a 30 minute drive, Bell is our top local(ish) drum shop, we won't be going anywhere else.

Great team of people working there! I always had fun chatting with them while shopping for drum gears or rehearsing. They offer competitive pricing for students and the soundproof room they built next to the cymbal wall makes a huge difference when deciding what to go for: you can actually crash a cymbal without feeling like an idiot. Loads of their product are sold cheaper than Thomann so there isn't really anywhere else to look if you're after quality service and product.

We’ve started rehearsing almost exclusively at Bell Percussion’s Red Room. The space is comfortable and the staff are helpful, and it’s already saved us once to have such an array of percussion close at hand. Keep the secret, but this place is one of London’s best new rehearsal venues!

Wow, what fabulous service! I had been advised by other suppliers that it might take months to get a Chiron gong, but it was ordered and collected within 2 weeks. Great value, clear and helpful communication from Jon the Director and really wonderful customer service from Jack when we went to collect. Insightful, interested, really personable and helpful. Absolutely recommend them for any musical equipment needs. First class!

I have visited drum shops all over London through out the years but this place really is the best. They really can sort you out with anything drum related, from good advice, to getting exactly what you need. Some are quite beautiful as well.
