I cannot speak highly enough of this lovely shop. the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. they took the time to listen to my needs and guided me through the maze of available cycles. the price i paid (£1900) for my bike was cheaper than other on line and high street outlets and it came with a two year warranty. I bought a rear light from them and the little silicon push button came loose, they did not hesitate and gave me one from another light, at a loss to themselves.

Great service, always friendly and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended. I've bought 4 new bikes from here over the last few years. Check them out before you try anywhere else.

Took my road bike after reclaiming it from garage after about 2 years of no riding. It had a trainer tyre fitted and was looking very sorry for itself. 3 days later bike is back totally serviced, new cables and gears and brake set up. After 50 km of riding this week it’s riding better than it ever has (brought second hand) and I’m kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Guys in the shop know their stuff, there’s no flannel, they won’t sell you anything you don’t need (I was debating buying a computer, I’m now using Strava on my iPhone based on chatting with them and identifying what was practically best for me). I like that in a team that provides a service, they rely on their rep and ability to deliver a top notch service rather than hard sell. I also liked that they were treating COVID seriously with a one in one out policy, even though that was probably causing them head aches.I for one will definitely be coming back and telling all my friends about them.

If you want a rude unhelpful, poor customer service, go here. Made to feel unwelcome and the guy just didn't want anyone in the shop. I imagine this place will close down pretty soon

Would just like to say a big thank you , as you have been so helpful, friendly and knowledgable in what is really difficult times .Messages and questions were answers quickly and when we visited the store we felt totally safe and welcomed .I only came in for an adults helmet , yet our little boy left your shop as a proud owner of a new bike!!!!. You were engaging, so helpful and even let him take it for a little test drive .Couldn’t recommend Cyclelogical enough and we shall be for sure using you in the future .
