Factco started installing the cabling for fibre in the village, then invited people to sign contracts, then stopped installing fibre. Now they don't even answer emails. Failed before they even got anybody connected!

Fantastic company. Fast Broadband at a great price. I honestly can't rate this company high enough and the customer service is great - they always get back to me promptly with any queries I've had. James and Ian are fantastic and will do all they can to help you.If you're thinking of signing up I wouldn't hesitate to go for it - they are great!

Don't believe their customer service and reliability hype. Customer service/ ability to contact them is the worst I've had with any internet provider and I'm currently 3 days without internet with no idea if or when the problem will be fixed. They are cheaper than other providers but the financial cost (unwanted trips to the office etc) has already made Factco about 20-30 times more expensive than any other provider I've used.

Don't bother I'm on 1000mbps package and struggle to get 300mbps and when you ring tech support they don't have any answers if you want slow service this is the one for you ,no answer to emails even after 2 weeks absoloute uselessEDIT: well the lads turned up today to fix the issue but to no joy it's exactly the same so if I cant get anywhere near the speeds I'm promised maybe the future billsand past bills need adjusted to compensate but no one available until Monday

Factco have been a revelation so far. Being able to speak to a an actual human being is one thing, but being able to speak to the same person (shout out to Megan) time and time again offers a real personal touch that the larger companies simple cannot rival.And it’s good news on the technical front too. The setup was straightforward and we regularly receive speeds in excess of what we were promised.

What a fantastic professional and friendly company. They provide amazing customer service and deliver a phenomenal speed of Broadband a full 1000 Mbps. If you are stuck give them a call and they will look after you. They also offer full support with the Governments DCMS Gigabit Broadband Scheme which means you connection could be for free. 5 Star all the way.

While the service has been helpful and polite, we were left without the internet service for 17 days and the installation caused damage that I will now have to repair myself amongst other issues.I have been offered a maximum of £29.99 (one month credit) which doesn’t even cover days without service and cost of materials.The internal so far has been fast, so I’m happy about that, but the setup has been painful and their compensation has been less than generous.
