Bought a watch at the beginning of October this year and noticed a slight problem with the bracelet a few weeks after and within 24hr of contacting them a return label was emailed to me and the watch was returned in the next few day with a brand new bracelet , honestly I wish there were more businesses like this out there today….. very professional and the communication 100% Thank you !

Honestly amazing! Purchased a PRX for a family member and unfortunately it arrived with a barely visible scratch, but from my standpoint, I paid a lot for it as a gift!
