This was the first time my young and lively Cocker Spaniel George had visited and stayed at Faaram. I can highly recommend them as he came back happy and healthy and the staff were very helpful. The whole experience was made so easy. We shall see you again.

Our dog was filthy on return after two days had to take him to the vets with kennel cough for anti biotics

Milly never looks back when we bring her here. She gets lots of walks, play and seems to have a lovely time here. When we pick her up she is always fresh as a daisy too!

Would not recommend. Our lab cried in the back of the car upon pulling up to the kennels; my father and I laughed, we just assumed he was being a baby. But now, we understand why. It should be known that we have used Faaram Court numerous times in the past and received moderate care for our dog, but after this experience, I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Collected him after a 2 week vacation to see that he was limping (somehow strained/injured his front right shoulder), and was coughing terribly, in spite of having the mandatory kennel cough vaccination prior to his stay. As well as noticing the cough, it was easy to see that our boy had dropped a considerable amount of weight during his stay. To worsen our experience, none of his belongings were returned to us; including a blanket we left for comfort, his favourite squeaky toy, and his slow-feeding food bowl (which is used as he has a history of digestive issues). £240 to keep him there for 2 weeks, and a further £130 in vets bills the day after his return! He’s been very withdrawn and incredibly quiet since his return— very out of character for our boisterous 4 year old lab. Been in contact with the kennel since and was told the bowl would be returned, but nothing has come of that yet. Disgusted.

Ziggy was wellLooked after here in April for 9 days . A bit skinnier but is to be expected as he gets too many treats at hone . !!!!!He smelt lovely on picking him up (don’t know if he got a bath but usually when used other kennels had to take straight home and wash our dogs ) will definitely use again soon ! Relaxing knowing he’s safe x lovely kind staff too x

Been taking our 2 dogs and the cat, to Faaram Court for 8 years. Always a lovely welcome, and they treat the animals as though they were their own. Dogs are always happy and energetic when we pick them up.

I would highly recommend these kennels, they have been absolutely superb, they took my 3 dogs last minute due to emergency relocation, I don't usually put my dogs in kennels and was weary after reading some bad reviews but they couldn't be further from the truth, the staff were lovely the facilities were spotless and my dogs were immaculate when we went to collect them we were informed they had been bathed and had their claws clipped, well and truly above and beyond, I was also told that to ease my mind I could call or email any time to check up on my dogs, OUTSTANDING!!!!
