Avoid Dack service centre, Coventry. It is my First and last visit to your garage, Managed to take nearly £1300 to fix the car problem but failed to fix my car. Also asking for another £2500 for more jobs needs doing. Customer service was poor due to no communication and kept my car for 2 days just to do the diagnostic. The main dealer wasn’t that expensive. The car had only an EGR issue which could have been resolved by cleaning the EGR instead rip me off and it was a daylight robbery. Finally fixed the car with a different garage cost me only £330. I won’t recommend your garage to anyone. I had an awful experience. You don’t deserve even 1 star. Be aware people.

Failed MOT 1st time, left the garage and independently made repairs, returned then failed a 2nd time. (Should note I was stood around for 15 mins as nobody was at reception).Items that needed replacing would be close to £1000 to replace.Seemed reasonable and convincing at the time, although I did question it slightly, so looked at the DVSA MOT Guidelines. Turns out the failure wasn't in the MOT guidelines, so I contacted DVSA with some photos, they responded saying that the failure items don't exist in the guidelines at all. Turns out Dack just made some of their own failures up - I suspect this may be a way to convince customers to get Fixes" done at their garage.Called Dack back up to ask them why it failed

Took my Wife's car for an MOT. Paul and Amy were great from start to finish and were really helpful when I had to move the booking too. Decent, honest garage who I've never had an issue with. Thanks team!

Charging over £600 for two front shocks replaced is a rip off. Quoted 4hr for this which is ridiculous this is a 2hr job. Found another garage that charged for 2hr labour (£120 + parts £300 total). Also called a couple that were fully booked but they also charged no more than 2hr labour. This garage is clearly taking advantage of people. I would avoid them.

MOT, Major service and brake fluid service completed today on my VW Passat. I must congratulate DACK on their very friendly and professional service, both from reception and technical staff. It is very refreshing these days to receive good service which always inspires trust and repeat business. This was my first experience of DACK but I will be very happy for them to maintain my vehicles going forward.

Went for an MOT, car needed some work to pass but all done in same day. Great communication with staff who kept me in the loop the whole time. Can pay bills in installments which makes unexpected costs easier to manage.

I have used Dack motors in Coventry for several years for servicing and repair of my mini countryman. The service is always very good with clear explanation of work and pricing . They use the official BMW system to keep the service record up to date and the collection and return service is a real help as we have only one car in my household. They are more expensive than some car service businesses, but I recommend them.
