Tamworth Family hand car wash
Very poor service today. Only foam on half of car. Dirty sponges used to wash with. Wheels not cleaned. Inside doors not cleaned poorly dried off. I take one car every week sometimes two cars. Owner Tony not there so they did not care. Sorry Tony will not use again. BOSS.

Don't normally take my car to a car wash, but it was too cold to wash it myself. I'm glad i took it in though, i went for the gold package valet and the car was spotless inside and out. Very friendly people which always helps. I will definitely use again in the cold months

I feel like I've been robbed of £30 for a very poor job on my car. They didn't wipe the outside completely leaving water marks all around the car, didn't vacuum behind the seats let alone the fact they didn't even try to move them forward to have more access as I drive a 2 seater. They broke my phone holder, scratched my sideskirts and the worst part, they washed the floor mats and threw them in the trunk soaking wet. Very dissatisfied with the service, such a rip-off.

Will not use this car wash again. Tried to alter their prices based on the dirtiness of the car, despite it only really needing a vacuum. Poor customer service and poor for them to try and exploit customers for more money.

Very slow, took an hour and a half to wash and vacuum and only sped up when we said we were leaving. The car was exceptionally mucky inside and out but we arrived at 11.20 and had mot at Wilnecote a 1 so we pulled out at 12.45 half finished and they still charged full price. We won't return.

Quick and efficient. My battery failed half way through the clean- the team took my car and jump started it immediately with no hesitation. Throughout the rest of the interior clean they consciously kept the car battery alive. Great service overall - highly recommend. Car is spotless!

Been here a few times and yesterday decided to have a full valet, cannot fault the service, picture and progress updates whilst waiting and my car looks brand new… everything is spotless… will definitely recommend to family and friends.
