TERRIBLE PRICES. THEY TOLD ME £100 for a Nintendo switch console boxed new. Once I tried sell a ps5 they told me £400 when I went in stores they changed there word and said £300. This shop is a fraud! There in store games are very expensive!

Just wanted to give a shout to the nice and competent people at Game Arena on Harlesden High Street who fixed my laptop promptly, professionally and at reasonable price. They called me to check if I was happy with the action and the price before proceeding and again when the job was done, 2 days later. Warmly recommended!

On December 9th I bought the wrong nintendo switch fortnite as a gift for my newphew, but he wanted the original one so I went to the store today to exchange for the original and one game because the price was different,the guy that worked there was super rude and hinted that I open the nintendo switch and treated me really bad I felt humiliated.I won’t ever buy any games from game arena and I advise others to go other shops.

Popped in yesterday and bought a refurbished Wii for a good price. Really friendly people & very helpful. Exactly the kind of shop Harlesden needs. I think this will be my kids new favourite shop. If only they'd given me the rechargable battery pack for the controller like they said they would, I would've given them 5 stars ;-) However, they did give me brand new batteries so I'm still pretty happy!

Simply the best AND cheapest place to go for games accessories etc..plus I don't think there's any other shop in London that gives exceptional prices for your second hand games/consoles, I've always felt as though I've come out of this shop with a great deal whether buying or trading and definitely recommend
