I'm with the agency for almost one year and they are always very helpful.Any issues was quickly dealt with.Oksana and Tracey are lovely ladies who always helped me out with any question or doubt what I had.

I've been working for this agency since 2019 till this year. There's been some situations at work, but all that was managed okay. Right now I'm in need of work and they can't offer a decent job. They have been saying, especially a lady from that agency that they don't have a work for me at Card Factory. I worked there when it was a busy and when it wasn't. Yesterday I met a woman with who I worked there in Gate 1 and she told me, that they have new people coming in almost everyday, but every week. Also she said, that Gate 3 there I used to work before agency lost a contract with this Gate 3. Agency doesn't send people to this job, they are selecting people and after that they will be notified on when they will start to work there. I'm disappointed in them now, everything was perfect with them, but now it's awful.

Great place for additional work if you need to do odd days at work, professional staff, many jobs offers. Easy communication and smooth cooperation. Perfect place to start working if you don’t have experience. If after my review you think the same just press the thumb up. It is one of agencies who do not hold up your holiday pay for themselves. Came at Wakefield branch 3 weeks ago for my induction. I was suposed to start same week but then they said 1st group started i will be starting next week tuesday. On tuesday i call them they said they need to do share code check(in a whole week they haven’t done even though i gave my share code on induction in person) i call them every day some times they ignore my call sometimes they pick up and say they will call back in 2 minutes, 15 minutes 1 hour (every day different) in 3 weeks haven’t been called once from them. Maybe i was very unlucky with them but from personal expierence i would recomend to avoid it. Other thing when they call you for induction there is about 20 people and maybe 10 chairs so half people just stand and wait (problem with that that most people are already registered as well as myself but everyone has to stand for about an hour to wait for others to finish their registration paper works so we can go sit in induction room which takes about 5 minutes to put few things on 2 sheets of paper so already registered people have to come in stand and wait for about 50 minutes of new people so they can do 5 minute induction.. i can’t be alone seeing this as pointless waste of time? We could be called half hour later and we would still be waiting for others but atleast waste little less our time plus avoid overcrowding)Edit: i just noticed quite a lot of 5 star reviews has indentical comments and from what i expierenced i am pretty sure big part of 5 star reviews here made my fake account of employes
