Excellent service. Amine arrived within 25 minutes and not only fixed the issue in a timely manner but also explained everything he did providing advice about how to maintain the pipe system in optimal condition. Highly recommended!

Excellent service - would recommend. Faroud was able to fit us in the same day to look at our boiler. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Got the part and fixed it the next day as promised. Left everything clean and tidy. Good communication and everything was clearly explained.

I called Amine out regarding a small leak that was behind my toilet. He came out to suss out what was needed and then followed up the next day. Unfortunately, the pipe blew (no fault of his) he acted calmly (unlike me!), and got it under control fast. Explained everything he did and why he had to do it. Was friendly and did the job super super neat. No one would ever know he had to take off tiles to get to the problem. Would 100% recommend and use him again.

Thank goodness for Amine! Had a fault on my boiler, Amine was able to visit within a couple of hours, professionally diagnosed and explained what he suspected to be the issue, which was proven to be the case, went away to get the part, and returned within the same day and fixed the problem. Also gave sage advice RE future prevention. He was prompt, polite, professional & I will definitely use him again. Thanks Amine.

Needed a boiler fixing and tap replacing and both done excellently and cost-effectively. Gave me good instructions and explanations about what was going wrong, showing me what needed doing and why so I could understand what was required.Also a decent bloke, v friendly, reliable. Would definitely use again.

Amine helped with the water and heating problem since the system used is a pre paid card system. He did it very quickly and efficiently and was so generous that he didn't charge us since it was a quick job.He sorted the issue with the gas reader and boiler issue. Very knowldgeable about it all.Thank You Amine.
