As a landlord all I can say is that they had been marketing my flat for months before completion; and several weeks after completion they were still unable to find me a tenant. The way they went about advising me on how to prepare the flat for letting was poor to say the least. Would not recommend.

HG lettings advertised a 1 bed flat which I travelled 3 hours to view. The agent showed me a totally different flat to the one in the photos! Terrible experience and waste of time and money.
