From first contact this AHC service is professional and communication is first class. I used the Didcot area and met with Adrian, everything was prepared perfectly, Adrian checked my dogs microchips and all the paperwork was complete. Absolutely no problems travelling from the UK through numerous borders/countries through the east of Europe and the return journey to the UK. In fact the euro tunnel check in man said the paperwork was perfect!

Can’t recommend enough! We relocated back to Europe and I was looking for options on how to get passports/health certificates for my 2 cats. After a vet visit I couldn’t believe how much they were charging.The service has been 100% since the first communication with George, Adrian came to my house scanned the cats and explained all the paperwork.Highly recommend

We used AHC direct to take our two girls to France (after our vets wanted to charge an arm and a leg). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services! We used the Monmouth site in particular and met George there to collect the certificate. Excellent communication throughout. When collecting, George took us through the certificate to ensure we understood what to get filled out in France etc. Very thorough, couldn't recommend enough

Superb.My wife saw this company on a Facebook post so we thought we’d give it a try because it’s significantly cheaper than our usual vets. The process of booking and providing the required paperwork was very easy, if you are ok with scanning and uploading documents. They ask for your usual vet to provide clinical history to show the rabies jab and microchip. We’d changed vets and assumed our new one had obtained this from our previous vet, but no. AHC sought this before I knew of the problem and forwarded the history to me.I received a text from Cosmin, the vet, on the morning of my appointment explaining where exactly he would be. I met him with no problems, he was friendly and helpful. The whole meeting part took 5 minutes and I didn’t have to get my dog out of the car.My in-laws will use them next time they travel.I highly recommend this company and will continue to use their service for future travel.

We were very impressed by AHC Direct. So much cheaper than going to our regular vet we thought there must be some sort of catch but there wasn't. Telephone calls and emails were responded to quickly and efficiently and the whole process was stress free. We could recommend them most highly, based on our experience, and will definitely be using them again next time we take our dog abroad.

I am Italian and I have been living in the UK for a while with my dog and this year my partner and I decided to spend our holiday in Europe for the first time with our dog. The vet was courteous and kind, and he explained everything we needed to know both for the departure and for the return. Above all really great price considering what other vets are asking for. Bringing your friend on holiday with you shouldn't be considered a luxury and above all so expensive so I strongly recommend. Thank you for allowing us and our friend to spend this holiday together :)
