Have really enjoyed the yoga class Anouska delivers. I first joined while I was pregnant and then again post-partum and I found Anouska very accommodating, she gives lots of options to make the session effective and enjoyable for everyone. She creates a very relaxed, comfortable atmosphere, there is never any pressure to achieve any of the poses and I always leave the class feeling energised and grounded.

Stay Fabulous with Anouska
This is my second block of yoga with Anouska and I can’t recommend her highly enough. I am definitely not ‘bendy’ and broke my wrist at the beginning of the year. Anouska guides the class through each pose offering differing levels of difficulty depending on abilities. Anouska also spent time with me before the class the other week to help me with poses I was nervous to attempt. I was scared to put weight on my wrist. This helped no end with my confidence and I can now happily say I am confident to do downward dog, for example. Five stars all the way and I 100% recommend.
