The team at J Tech are great - I ordered a charger 3 damper for my ZEB forks and as my bike was having a service at my local bike shop I asked them (local bike shop) to fit it whilst my bike was in the stand. When I got my bike back, the damper wasn't working as expected and I was even more surprised to hear they had not used the recommended oil. I contacted J Tech and raised my concerns, they happily suggested sending it back to them to look at. I sent the fork on Friday and by Monday they had fixed the issue....just received the for back to my address Tuesday morning!. They don't work weekends, and had managed to prioritize my fork for me as I'm heading to Wales bike park on Friday. Can't recommend these guys enough, they've been extremely helpful and understanding and its clear they know their onions! (or suspension). Will be a life-long customer of J Tech now, thats for sure!

J-Tech really know their stuff - I presented a very tired Fox fork to them and the quote to put them right was north of £600. They gave loads of great help and advice and in the end, man-maths made me buy a new fork. After the excellent service, I actually felt guilty not spending the money at J-Tech, but I know exactly where I’ll be going in future when I need my suspension servicing. 10/10

Got a great deal on my Ohlins through the online store. The bloke I spoke to was very friendly and advised me on the right fork. The website's checkout was smooth and silky. The fitting went smoothly, and the tuning and maintenance advice was great. Reception is everything you would expect from an Ohlins dealer (See photos), and the workshop looks like an F1 team’s HQ.

I booked my forks in for some work and got a call before regarding an email I sent to check everything was good. When the forks where there i got a call about the work being done, when itll be done and how much. Very professional and friendly.

Fantastic customer service from these guys! Ordered a coil shock and spring from them, around an hour later they rang me to talk me through my purchase... they told me id need reducers to make it work, something i didnt know. Genuinely really happy and will be using them again.

Great Advice, Great response time and Great products. Always happy to help. Recently purchased a shock with a great setup provided out the box and now got some advice to switch this shock to a new bike. Can not fault them.

Most fantastic customer service. Ordered a spring on their website at midnight, got a phone call 10 minutes after they opened apologising they didn't have it in stock but could get it from the supplier next day, and have it in the post to me straight away. I received it on a Sunday, barely 3 days after it was ordered. Super friendly and just incredible customer service all round.

Fantastic service from J-tech. I had my fork and shock serviced with them, they both felt great when I refitted them, ( and I would recommend using the settings provided by J tech)Great communication and a quick turnaround.

Quality service. Spring I ordered wasn’t actually in stock, they immediately ordered it from Fox & a friendly chap rang to tell me - other places often just leave you waiting. Arrived in a few working days ready for uplift that week. Also do an excellent range of servicing kit
