Used this taxi firm for 5 weeks whilst on placement in Preston.Arrived every day on time to take me there and same back. Nik is friendly and chatty and I felt reassured I would arrive every day because of his consistency.Thanks Nik I will use this firm again.

I came to Lancaster all the way to Mexico to meet my partners family, and I had the fortune to travel with Johns taxi. He was a lovely, kind and very helpful man that made me fall in love with the people in Lancaster, will definitely come back, thank you so much for your amazing service, hope we meet again.

First time using this taxi service last night and it was brilliant. I was struggling to get any taxis from other companies but they picked me up within 10 minutes of calling. Good service overall and a friendly driver. Would recommend. :-)

Excellent taxi service. Our train was late, and Nick (who now runs the service) waited for us to arrive, drove us efficiently to where we had to go, and then collected us later in the day. He was friendly, helpful and all that you’d want in a taxi service! Would thoroughly recommend him and John’s taxi service.

I’m an American studying abroad at Lancaster University and my parents came up to visit me for a few days, we ended up using Nick’s service for their whole trip from the first taxi ride to the last! He was not only a reliable ride but a stand up guy. My dad ended up accidentally leaving his phone in the cab and Nick not only kept it safe but drove back to the restaurant we were eating at and returned it to him. I can not recommend this service or thank Nick enough.

Amazing!!! Such a friendly and helpful person. I needed to go to an important hospital appointment in Ormskirk during a train strike. He made this dreaded day an absolute delight. So welcoming to my little doggie and to myself. I was so grateful that I wanted to use his service again two days after :) If I ever need a taxi again I will for sure only use his service and recommend him to everyone. Thank you ever so much!!

Me and my friend found it impossible to find a taxi in the Galgate area, no other taxi firm around the Lancaster or Garstang area would pick us up as it was around rush hour and they wouldn’t cover the area we were heading to. John however sorted us out without any trouble and collected us quickly within 20 minutes! Lovely guy, would use him again if in the area and would recommend to anybody. Thanks John!
