Epping Shoe Repairs

I have used this service 3 times before and been satisfied.however yesterday was walking passed and saw a disabled lady holding onto there wall with a runny nose .She was desperate to wipe but couldnt let go of the wall as she had had a stroke and would lose her balance.I offerd to help.She said it was her first time out house in a year and just needed a tissue to save her embarasment.I went into the shoe menders.after around a minute they looked up and i asked if i could have a tissue.they reluctantly looked around what was near them and said they havent got any.I said a tissue from the staff toilet would do.He said how about a wet wipe?i said yes please.He then asked whats it for whilst staring at me like i was an Idiot.I said theres a disabled lady outside that would like to use a peice of tissue.He stared blank at me lookd over my shoulder to see the disabled woman and walked off.Whats happend to epping?.A few others have said this shops attitude has changed so i put this review up.Change your attitude guys it stinks.I'd never return to use there services again and neither would the lady I helped .

The owner of the shop is very nice, we had our keys cut, he was very swift and the keys all worked perfectly!

Great team of guys here, always willing to go the extra mile. Repaired the unrepairable rubber soled shoes which were perfect except for the sole had disintegrated - they went full out and I am delighted !

Absolutely fantastic service from Epping Shoe Repairs.Two pairs of Cheany shoes that would normally behave gone back to Cheaney but I didn’t have the patience to wait 6 weeks.Both pairs back in a few days and as good, if not better than new. Will be using Epping Shoe Repairs from now on.They also brought back from the dead a pair of badly worn Timberland boots that looked beyond repair.Very happy and very happy to recommend.

Very good i always use them for keys belts and any shoe repairs,the one thing apart from fobs is developing film like from a bog standard camera,and let me know in future anything you add to your services as I will use them regards jeff webb.

I got 3 simple keys copied and was charged £19.50 . The keys work, but the price is really quite high when the blanks are a few pence and the work was 10 minutes in total.

A fantastic shop. With thoroughly knowledgeable and skilled employees. Super friendly and quick to get an effective job done. Would really recommend for a variety of things - engraving, zippo lighter repair, shoes, keys.I love the craft they do and they are proud of what a great job they do it.

I had some boots repaired that I had damaged. A large well known shoe menders said that they wasn't repairable. However, these fellas fixed them with no problems and did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. I will only be coming here from now on. Thanks very much.
