Overall, we are very happy with what we have ended up with, we achieved the outcome we wanted. As the overall cost for the project was explained at the start, we were happy with the final cost. All advice was provided in a timely manner and specialist advice was all sourced with the price and quality in mind. Our job was a double storey side extension along with a loft conversion - and we are very happy we used Vibrant Architects for the job. We had a modest idea of what we wanted and due to time constraints it was important to get through the planning permission process without any delays. We had contacted a couple of other architects but their turnaround time was longer. We then contacted Vibrant Architects for an initial chat regarding our situation and they offered to progress things quickly. We found them to be extremely knowledgeable - specifically with our local council planning body's criteria and time restraints. Upon instruction the whole planning process went smooth and we received the approval as quickly as possible. We then asked Kalpesh to prepare the Building regulation plans for us and he also put us in touch with a number of professionals - be it party wall surveryors, structural engineers, private building control or building contractors - we used most of his recommended professionals and they were all fantastic. It made things easier as Kalpesh liaised with them directly - so we didn't have to worry about it. All this at a very reasonable cost. Overall we are 100% happy with Vibrant Architects' services they will be our 'go to' architects for our next project. Highly recommend!

I had several constraints and requirements and lots of opinions and Kalpesh listened to me carefully and came up with an excellent design.
