Samantha at Harvey Robinson Estate Agents has provided exemplary service since engaging her/ them to sell my late mother’s house in Saint Neots.I had three estate agents call in to value the house. Samantha came across best as she was friendly, steady, presentable, professional and cheerful. Her competitors, who also have offices in the Market Square, came across “jack the lad” and “too in your face” sales types which put me off them. Samantha surveyed the house and came up with a sales brief with all the key points which was very good. This was used to pop onto Rightmove. I did not select Harvey Robinson on the fee they charged but on who I thought would do an excellent job. Their fee was mid market and well worth every penny.Samantha has been an excellent guiding force on my journey through this housing selling process. She helped me with best price to go for by assessing the house attributes compared to others sold in the area; this had to be adjusted when the housing market changed. Regular updates were provided as to how the sale was going which were very useful. Whenever someone wanted to visit the house I was informed by email. Her backup office staff have been excellent when she was not in the office. She offered a conveyancing organisation for me to use but I decided to go with Adlams Solicitors who were based in the Market Square and they have been very efficient and professional so I recommend them as well.Thank you Samantha for all your help with this and strongly recommend Harvey Robinson to others.
