Boswall Drive Post Office
The best post office I have used. Very quick, efficient, friendly and helpful. Also has a well stocked shop. I use it regularly. I continue to use Royal Mail as it is reliable and doesn't just throw the parcels at peoples front doors and zoom away, unlike Evri AKA Hermes.

AVOID !!! Rude staff and ignorant !!! They need to watch their tone and be more respectful !!! they are all smiles and happy faces till you catch them overcharging you - happened several times will never use again - dropping off parcels for parcel force and staff started to moan they have no place to keep it, and then all smiles and happy faces are replaced by full on rudeness. Wont be back, will spend my money somewhere else.

I went in to have a parcel sent out and I was charged extra for a service that I didn’t ask for. I only noticed when I checked the receipt when I got home!

Went into this post office a few days ago and was sold the dearest postage for my parcel and told it was my only option. When I went home and looked up my options there was loads. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this branch. Be on your guard!!!!!!

Not very cooperative customer service. This is not true of all members of staff, but by and large the culture seems to be one of overcharging and not trying to help customers get the services they actually want.

Excellent service here and very knowledgeable post office staff. Always notice how much effort the staff put in with the regular customers particularly the elderly ones. Keep up the great work!

Consistently overcharges and is often rude. I asked for tracked and signed for and was charged £7.35. It should be £4.80. When I asked why it was more than the price online, I was told 'they don't offer that service. Checked my receipt and I've been charged for special delivery. Disappointed as it would have cost less to arrange for collection from my house.

Guy at this Post Office sorted out some really complicated Car Tax and DVLA issues in no time. Really polite and helpful and would certainly use this branch again, very pleased.
