I find stores this big a bit impersonal. But, if you need help and advice you can usually find someone to help. Large choice but not everything you may want to see in the flesh.

Been to the Barnsley store today to purchase an Amazon FireStick, I was served by a guy who obviously had issues, his could not care less attitude was. appalling he just kept shrugging his shoulders saying I don't know

Second Christmas in a row been let down by curry’s gave them benefit of doubt with stock issues on ps5 my sons only just came before Christmas Day even though I paid for next day delivery, this year I’ve ordered Xbox series x with plenty of time spare good job I have done as it’s been returned to curry’s apparently without even asking me, driver wouldn’t deliver it to my neighbour even though the curry’s salesman advised me to pick a neighbours address I trust, was sent back to dpd Morley who have sent it back to curry’s, now been emailed saying sorry you’ve decided to return your product to curry’s well review this issue and send a refund, I didn’t want a refund I wanted an Xbox series x with modern warfare 3, will be taking any further purchases elsewhere now as have been on the phone 3 times this week chasing up to just get fobbed off to a different department each time I ring and have to explain myself each time I get put on hold, ridiculous customer service.

Has to be one of the worst services around. Every time I come into this store, no one asks for help and when they do the staff are abrupt and rude. Never have this problem in the Wakefield branch.Don't know why I keep coming back to this store it's honestly aweful.

Large spacious store with good range of products under one roof. Very clear and tidy and we'll layed out. Staff friendly too and easy parking outside. Would recommend as no issues.

Great experience in store very helpful staff. However I'm annoyed that I bought 2 tvs on different days and am having them delivered together but paying 2 delivery fees that aren't cheap. Why they can't combine is ridiculous. 5 stars for staff 1 for customer service delivery charges.

Went in to by a laptop and was told to go home, create an account. Log in and have a text conversation with a robot... never happened. By the time I left, I'd bought it off amazon. I have always shopped here but NEVER AGAIN. They don't seem to care about good old customer service and not everyone uses computers. Soz about the rant but it Was a horrid experience.

Ordered online for click and collect, I was passing the store so called in to see if it was possible to collect my order (1hr 30mins after money was taken) I was met be rude and very unhelpful staff who basically told me to buy another or leave and wait for an email which can take up to 6 hours after it lands on their system? which at the time would take it to closing time!How can something that has been payed for take that long to process. Shocking service won’t be using again.
