Gary is unique in his massage method, he is very calm and peaceful and I felt safe and relaxed as soon as I met him. The room and music ooze relaxation and as soon as he begins the massage at the top of my head my body and mind let go. Have already booked my next session.

Have met Gary 3 times now at Alice cross centre after 20 years of lower back pain that left me sometimes not able to walk properly in just these 3 sessions I am now getting to the stage where I’m pain free Gary is very good at his job and iv had a fair few massages! But even if you just want some you time it’s well worth going iv nearly been asleep a couple of times always leave feeling happy and relaxed I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gary to anyone the room itself is lovely and quiet and relaxing and Gary is a lovely host!
