Spent a lot on doors and given conflicting information about the doors, damage to one of our doors being blamed on us not painting them never heard such rubbish. A don't care attitude from the company

Still waiting to receive doors paid for a month ago. No one has called to apologise or even inform me of the delay. Can't get through on the phone either. Extremely disappointing.

I have used this company for over 15 years now and they have always been excellent. Their doors are good quality, they look great and prices are very reasonable. The service they provide especially Colin is first rate. He is helpful and always gives advice when needed. This is our 3rd order from them in this time and yet again the service was excellent. Dear customer services ,I would like to thank Colin Clews for assisting me advising me and really sorting out the queries I had with my Vancouver doors ,Colin is so knowledgeable he really knows his doors I am an AOP and in my old age I do need that extra bit of help along the way.
