I had to wait a while before writing this because my body was so relaxed I couldn't type! Aneta is lovely and very accommodating, professional, and receptive to requests. This was my very first massage and it was just amazing, Aneta is an exceptional therapist and I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

The most incredible massage I have ever had. Aneta made me comfortable and looked after and asked me some questions to get to the bottom of what I was hoping for from my massage. In the end she recommended I go for a detox scrub instead which didn’t cost any more but would be better for me at this stage to de-stress. I have left feeling like a different woman and cannot wait to go back. The whole thing was heavenly.

Free Flow Ayurveda is amazing! Aneta is very accommodating. She took time to ensure I was comfortable and understood my medical history and massage pressure preferences before starting. The massage itself was very relaxing - Aneta explained what she was doing and what products she was using. She has great knowledge on Ayurveda practices and recommended a few practices to add to my morning routine. I'm looking forward to going back soon.

Visiting FreeFlow and meeting Aneta was my first experience of Ayurveda. I am very happy with the level of service, Aneta's approach and the overall results from my first visit. I am managing a chronic back condition and Aneta spent time to understand me and my issues before offering some guidance on some lifestyle changes I could consider making (inline with the Ayurveda way) to be honest it's quite fascinating. After my massage session my body and my mind both felt better than they have in a very long time.
