The Pawticularly Secure Exercise Field
I've been using the field on and off since it first opened. I have a reactive dog so it's nice to have an enclosed area to let him be off lead and do what he wants - an opportunity he only gets through field hires for his and everyone's safety. On a few occasions I've had people run over their time slot because they're taking 10 mins to wash their boots/ dog off etc which can be a bit annoying as I can't do anything until they leave. Most recent visit, there was an event on across the road so more noise than usual and a lot of dog walkers passing across the gate, which upset the dog but cannot be helped.

Brilliant large field space to let the dog run about. We'll maintained, a 6ft high fence, dog bowls provided and a sheltered seating area for you to observe the dogs playing. People using the field are also very respectful when changing over in the carpark.

Great place to take the dogs for a run round off the leads. You need to pay online and book time slots to use it.

We have been using the secure field for a couple of years to exercise our greyhounds, those who are permanent and those which are fostered benefit from the freedom. In our opinion its a safe secure place which we would be lost without.

This field is ok at best. A couple of worn out chairs and a shipping container to take shelter in. Very little for dogs to do apart from run around and sniff (avoiding the other dog mess at the same time). Be wary of the ‘deals’ posted by the owner of this field, she announced the closure of the other site less than 2 weeks after having a sale on packages. Then took forever to get a refund from her. The original site at Pinvin is back open under new owners and already has better facilities (poo bags provided, a bench to sit at, basic agility equipment).

I love that it is a secure space but there is a lot of dog mess where people aren't cleaning up after their dog.

All three of us (me, my partner, and my dog!) all love this field. Plenty of space to run around off the lead. When we went it was raining and a bit muddy but that just adds to the fun!

Great secure place for dogs to run freely, the only reason I didn't make it a 5 was because of the solitary tatty old chair in the shelter.

If I could leave more then 5 stars I would. Abbey is an amazing agility trainer who helps to bring out the best in both dog and owner. She is both force and fear free and makes sure that the dog's safety is paramount at all times. She even has the patience to deal with a mad terrier who sometimes perfers running up and down the dog walk to actually course running and paying attention. Abbey even went above and beyond to provide support at our first competition, which I never thought we could run a course let alone dip our toe into competing. The agility training is offered in a safe and secure location with up to date and safe equipment. Not only that she also offers a secure exercise field, which is a haven for anyone with reactive dogs, those that can't be let off lead in a non secure location or those who need a training field. Not only is the field spacious it is also in a quiet location so there is no worry about lots of people or dogs being around, allowing you enjoy the field in peace.
