I would love to give 6 stars!I have recently used Velo Yelo for my Ironman Barcelona trip. I was so glad that my bike came with Velo Yelo and felt such a relief after seeing numerous posts about broken frames or missing bikes by airlines one day before the race. Velo Yelo is hassle and stress free. If they are needed, these guys can help to fix potential issues too! I'll definitely use Velo Yelo again! 6⭐️Thank you!

They are one of the few companies that offer door to door pick up and drop off taking the stress away from international events. I had a lot of fun talking to them about events and they communicated well about pick up and drop offs and treated the bike like gold. I highly recommend using them for your next event. Great service from Paddy and Andrew. Recently used their service for Challenge Roth and they made this whole journey very simple and stress free. Would 100% recommend them for any trips. You won't find any better. Keep up the great work lads. See you soon again!

I had a great and easy experience with Velo Yelo taking my bike back to London from Ironman Copenhagen. They were happy to provide a one-way service (I flew out with my bike). They were also really easy to communicate with and flexible with arrangements. I had to arrange for my bike to be dropped off at my office in central London as I was heading straight off on holiday after the event and this drop-off was no problem and went very smoothly. Thanks guys. I would definitely recommend.

First time using a bike transporter, first time doing an Ironman. To say I was nervous/ stressed was an understatement. But for future events I'll be looking first at Velo, as I now know I don't need to be stressed or worried. Very happy to recommend. I seen so many horror stories with companies not adding bikes to flights, or bikes arriving damaged from a flight. The reassurance and peace of mind that my bike turned up in the same way I left it was great. Thank you guys!
