Brilliant company, very fast service. Well done to everyone but I must say, Emma was absolutely fantastic. She helped me out with everything I needed. Genuinely I have never met anyone as helpful as her. She made this process for us so easy and took care of everything. At such a last minute request too! She is very patient and brilliant at what she does. Hugely appreciated!The delivery was quick and made it bang on time. Well done to everyone. Fantastic company. Such a helpful team! from Emails to phone calls, always helpful, tp the chap who came to collect my pallet. He could see his lorry would not reach my house. He smiled and took it away on his pallet trolley! Battery powered , no problem! I had a great experience using a service I had never used before which is why they have a 5 star review!

Really helpful service and support from the customer service agent at Palletised Shipping Services today. I think her name was Edna? But forgot to write it down. I have to send a number of items back to a bathroom supplier, I don't know how much they all weigh and it's the first time I have used a pallet service, so I had a lot of questions! She talked me through the process with great patience and explained how I could minimise the cost to myself.

Emma Thomas the office manager was amazing and really friendly helpful. I had to ship a pallet of wine and was a bit nervous but Emma sorted it and it arrived with no problems. Would definitely use this company again.

I have PSS twice in recent months and on both occasions they have been efficient and 100% dependable , which is no small accolade in the shipping industry.In particular I have to thank Emma who always ensured that the necessary export paperwork was completed and that the myriad of critical tasks were conducted professionally and on time.I will certainly use their services again .

I see that the majority of reviews are good but unfortunately I had a poor service and charged twice for a failed pickup, I filled out the request form and was given one price then they charged me again due to me thinking that a pallett would be included…I was dealing with Ryan who I kept phoning because he did not return my calls…There are three invoices, the first was the original amount £122.20, the second was for a failed collection as the goods were not wrapped ! £61.10, the third £158.20 which says failed collection, If only they communicated with me… I am a pensioner and can’t afford this sort of error…
