Spent a bit of time with Richard this morning. My hifi was sounding a little dull and congested with complex music, so I took my kit down there and set it up. Richard then swapped in some speakers which helped a little, then we tried some other amps which had an amazing effect.Came home with one of the amps and very happy!What really impressed me is that Richard didn't try and sell me the most expensive solution, but the right one for me. Top bloke and great experience.Highly recommended!

I sent my Technics 1200 MK2 in for a full service with Richard and his team at RPM.It’s 30 yrs old and has come back like new ! Blown away by the level of service and expertise here - Even the start.stop button has that satisfying resistance once again when pressed.I’ve also noticed a discernible difference in sound quality with the tone arm height adjustment wheel able to be rotated now after it being ceased up, a common issue with older models such as this.Would highly recommend a visit here:) Thanks , Giancarlo

Took my old NJD siren box for repair and Martin done a great job! The unit is repaired & sounds better than ever! Missing parts were also replaced back onto it! Highly recommended store! Thanks Martin!

Looking to replace my 40 year old turntable with something better without a huge budget.Rich had a number of them available, I did some research and went in with a good idea of what I wanted.Very friendly & no rush to just get me out even though it was late on a Saturday afternoon. Got to listen with some ‘test’ vinyl I’d brought along.Very happy with my choice. Can’t believe what an upgrade it is!Recommended.

I’d wanted a vintage thorens for ages but had no luck finding the right one so popped into rpm analogue and Richard had a few to look at then he mentioned one that had never been played before. New in box but 50 years old! I snapped it up for a great price and Richard has set it all up with the period correct cartridge and it sounds truly amazing. My wires at home didn’t seem compatible but Richard came out to my home and fixed the problem. Amazing service and highly recommended to any music lover. Thank you Richard.

My lad loved the experience of his visit to RPM. Richard was very welcoming and gave Josh and me lots of advice on what he should buy for his first turn table. As you can see the lad is pleased as punch with his choice. A very good selection of turntables and associated hifi equipment.

I had a 43 year old Duel turntable that had been stuck in a cupboard for about 15 years and wasn't working. Spoke to Richard on the phone them took my turntable into the shop. He called me a week later to say all serviced and working. Repair cost was really reasonable and now back and working so enjoying my old vinyl records again. So really pleased.The shop seems full of really good stuff so I want to go back when I have more time to have a proper look.Richard is a really helpful guy and fully recommend his shop for both buying and servicing of old equipment.
