I have had cupping, massage and amno fu treatments with James and have benefited so much each time. I feel much more in tune with my body afterwards and come away with a much better understanding. James is so knowledgable and he really goes above and beyond to help individuals holistically to get to the root of the problem. I always look forward to treatments with James and come away feeling much more relaxed, positive and any symptoms I have had feel relieved. I’ve never met a therapist who takes so much care and thought into each session to make it individualised and specific to your needs! ☺️

James is such a skilled and knowledgeable therapist! He works really holistically - very different to most other therapists out there. He also made me feel completely at ease as soon as I arrived for my first session. He has a lovely energy and a gorgeous treatment space.

Honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. James is so gentle. After suffering with leg pain he gave me lots of advice and also knew exactly what to do to help with the pain. I feel like a new woman. I will definitely be back!

I went to see James for a repetitive shoulder injury that's troubling me for a while. The 90min sports Therapy assessment and massage was awesome and not painful at all! Using gentle and repetitive techniques, he was able to free up so much built up tension in my shoulder and surrounding area that my range of motion and confidence in my shoulder was greatly improved.James was also really informative and answered all my questions and explained the procedure in a way that I understood.I would totally recommend for anyone who is looking for some sports therapy.
