Do not use this agency. Terrible and disgusting service. Avoid at all cost

My nan has recently been in care here and she’s had a lovely experience so far. She’s expressed how safe and comfortable she’s been in their care and wouldn’t say a bad word about the place. So big thanks from me!

Austin Allen (Strood branch) helped to care for my mum for over a year and enabled her to remain at home as were her wishes with her diagnosis of Motor Neurone Disease. The manager Rhonda went well above and beyond to ensure that staff were trained to meet mums needs and we had many care staff that were amazing with mum. As mums condition deteriorated her needs changed and these were met by the Austin Allen carers head on. Some individuals were exceptional with mums personal care and feeding which got more and more difficult as time went on. Communication was also outstanding with phone calls always answered or returned promptly.Should we require care in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to give Rhonda a call. We are very fond of her and some of the carers who became almost part of the family during a very difficult time.

The care provided by Austen Allen is outstanding, I am extremely satisfied by the quality of service. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely disgusting service from this agency DO NOT give them the time of day. Do not use them if you care for your family members, the work provided by the staff is unprofessional and on top of that they will lie to you because they feel they can get away with it, they should not and will not.
