Forrestburn Hillclimb

Hidden Motorsport gem, took me years to discover this place, need to check website calendar for events, not got the service of Knockhill, or even Cowdenbeith, but grassroots hill climbing at its best

I believe this track hosts car races twice per year. Fantastic selection of race cars some vintage cars there also. Was just passing when the race was on. Great to watch for a while.

Brilliant Hillclimb track, with the added advantage of track nights. Not bad for a wee road in the hills looking over the M8.

Terrible club website administration. Poor club stewardship. Checked the website several days before the June 2021 Hill Climb to ensure that spectating was permitted. No restrictions were in place. Checked again on the day of the event. No restrictions were in place. Drove with son to spectate, only to find entrance locked and signage prohibiting access for spectators. Several people who had also checked the club website were standing outside the gate frustrated. Really poor club stewardship. Never again. Waste of time. Effort went into putting up signage, but no effort was put into notifying travelling spectators via website. Bad experience for many.

Nice place to walk around with dogs, clean and tidy, nice views

Nice wee track. Some lovely cars there. Burger van etc. Definitely worth a trip
