Very disappointed. I haven't used Pret for some time but decided to pop in for lunch. The sensation of grit in the first half of my duck wrap I disregarded. It wasn't enough to be other than vaguely disappointed about. Half way through the second bit though, I had to stop before risking my teeth!When I raised this with staff, really just to let them know, there was no apology but the rather unconvincing promise of I'll check them"! Really

These guys clearly have an issue listening to their customers because they consistently get my order (for one coffee!) wrong. Worse is their attitude when told it’s incorrect. I used to pay for a coffee subscription here as I work in town every day, but now I tend to visit places that value my custom a bit more.

Massive price increases on takeaway food. but you can save by signing up to the club, taking on one hand giving it away in another. I’ve always purchased takeaway food from here and Coffee just one of my favourites, but sadly I won’t be doing it anymore.

The Pret in Nottingham has been around for many years. I have always worked in the city and have always found the food and drinks here to be very very good. The staff are excellent and always friendly. I recently subscribed to the monthly barista drinks deal at £25 a month which is exceptional value. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is it really does need an overhaul as the place looks a little tired plus the tables need to be cleaned better and more frequently in my opinion.

Unfortunately I can’t give a 0 so consider yourself grateful for the 1 star, there was no system for the the queue it was all over the place, I ordered a large latte with 3 shots, and I was given a summer iced drink, then when I asked for my order I was given a small latte, I asked if it was 3 shots to which I was ignored several times to be told “no that’s a large” well I paid for a large.. they clearly have an issue of listening to their customers, and the attitude was ridiculous and after all that it wasn’t even that nice my nan who’s blind has made me a better latte.

Horrible customer service. Terrible attitude! Especially the guy wear in green shirt.I’d give a -1000star if I can unfortunately there’s no option.Ordered iced coffee, it’s extremely bitter, back to ask for sugar nicely, he asked me to put sugar in a iced coffee!?? Excuse me, how is it possible to melt. Asked nicely again if they have sugar syrup. He was just very impatient saying, what do you want me to do.Please management should look into their customer service/attitude. Thanks

Update - They need some consistency with the way they make the drinks, I just walked other side town with Rhubarb Beezer drink, Sit down to drink and it is as weak as dishwasher water, Definitely not worth the £3.65 for a weak watered down flavoured drink.I marked service down too, as the older Italian guy is so unbelievably rude, I'm not sure who thought it was a good idea to give him a customer service job!Is a bit claustrophobic inside and they seem to allow smoking outside, So if you want to enjoy your coffee and food outside, you can only do so with clouds of cigarette smoke accompanying it

Very nice place to chill out on sunday morning. Friendly staff and plenty of vegan options, which unfortunately cant be toastes here. I fancied food here few times but as I didnt want to eat it cold I did t have any at the end. Its based in the heart of Nottingham city centre, easy to hop on tram, bus or park your car nearby.
