Travelling through and thought I would try the gym.Single entry/pay as you go available but at £8.55 - fair for the quality of equipment in the gym but does put it at a similar pricing point as the high end private gyms. This is the main reason it didn't get 5*.One major positive is, I don't think I've been to a gym that is more inclusive. All levels of fitness and training goals seemed to be training in the same space.Friendly safe and patrons make for a very comfortable place to train.Great machines and didn't have to wait/find alternatives despite the fact it is a community facility.High end Technogym setup, with plenty of cardio as well.

Swimming classes are rip offs. It’s only 30 minutes session, then teacher returns pupils and collects new batch, then she does registers, then brief pupils. Thats 10 minutes gone. Then teacher would look at her handheld, would talk to parents to kids who are afraid to go in water. All these keeps the teacher engaged that she barely gets to pay attention to pupils. Not sure how good thses are or if these meet any standards. We are looking for some other place for our kid.

My eldest daughter took my youngest daughter swimming here paid an extortionate amount (£10!!!) for a poxy pool noodle only to have it stolen and when she asked staff for help was told there’s nothing they can do now? Disgusting!

Please don't take your baby swimming here. The training pool that you can take your babies to is freezing, me and my husband were even too cold, our poor baby was shivering the whole time, we couldn't bare to stay in it

This is a good size pool and the changing rooms are clean. You are asked to remove shoes when entering but there are no seats to do this. The pool is always quite cold. Since COVID, you can only go for an hour slot which never feels long enough. An hour and a half would be better. Why does there have to be a slot? We were ready to enter the pool at 11.50 today but had to wait 10 minutes for lessons to finish, even though most of the pool was empty.

I went to cancel my membership and the lady on the phone was so rude about it and she told me I can't cancel my membership I ask to speak to a manger and she said no manager in today and I know that's a lie then she said just cancel my direct debit then it will cancel it I did do that but it don't sound like the correct way of canceling a membership I will not join the gym again after this and I never do a bad review but this time had to let the public know

Did a family climbing taster session here. It was great. We were instructed by a lady who's sister also works here - they were very friendly and patient with all of us and explained things well. Safety is taken seriously but you are also encouraged to push yourself and have fun. Easy to find - free parking lots of fun.
