Worst service out card declined because I found out from my bank their card machine is flagged up as suspicious . Ignorant woman on nightshift sun9th at 2am tells me it’s my problem her end shows my card is not working . Driver drives me to the bank mortified cash machine declines as at that point bank had blocked my card as I tried to use their machine twice which forced the fraud team to decline my card which was unknown to me . Fones back same rude woman this time says stop calling her. Card blocked to first banking day driver paid with coins a had in house. Rip off pricing also call centre woman hangs up 3 times just a bad attitude and in the wrong job. Do not use the contactless machines my bank says their dodgy absolutely raging at someone blocking my number you know who you are so it’s public I would encourage nobody uses this service not the first time either piss poor and never again. Worst taxi company in Glasgow

I was delighted and very impressed by my return experience today when using this company. My outward cab was pre-booked and arrived a few minutes earlier than was arranged which was reassuring. I phoned when I was ready to make my return journey and the taxi arrived within 10 minutes. Both drivers were professional and polite. I would definitely use City Cars again and recommend them. Hi

Used this company for airport runs in the past, and never had any issues. I booked a taxi to the airport on the Monday for the Wednesday via the app, all seemed fine. Just as well I checked as there was an address error on the app, so phoned to rectify this, only to be told by some rude woman that she didn’t know if she could get one out as she only had one car out! Yet the app says it was booked and here for 03:30, of zi didn’t check I could have missed my flight! Absolutely pathetic company, I wouldn’t recommend, will use Oliver’s/Boulevard from now on, they made sure I had a car here for my time, in a professional courteous manner.

Don't know what's going on with this taxi service either , they don't tell you when they don't have a taxi available or it's going to be a long time OR they just don't answer the phone WTH . I don't know if the company knows that if you need to take a taxi more often than not it's because you are either going to be late or don't want to be late for an appointment, we'll I just missed an hospital appointment whichtook over a year to get so needless to say I'm bloody fuming .It is not good enough City Cabs pull your socks up please !!!!

Taxi arrived on time for 9am. booking. Unfortunately it was not big enough to take my family and all their luggage A second car arrived 5 mins later to take them all. I should have ordered a people carrier my mistake. Excellent service. Thank you.

Rude unhelpful staff ! unreliable non existent service. Absolute ned on the phone aswell! Disgusting voice and a complete waste of space!

Used this company for over 10 years religiously, I’ve just had a cheeky operator on the phone who clearly doesn’t have customer service, called back to cancel as they didn’t know how long it would be which is fine, to get told she never even booked it, her tone of voice was disgusting! Known all the drivers for years and every single one of them are lovely but won’t book again due to the rude operator, Uber wins:)
