Went there today my daughter wanted a chameleon, the guy who served us was so helpful and friendly, any questions we asked he answered and give us some extra knowledge on reptiles. Will be returning excellent service.

I went there to buy a snake. The member of staff who served me was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. The snake was for my daughter and he let her hold them and decide which would be the best match for her to do with the breed and personality of the snake. Can't recommend highly enough and will only be shopping here from now on.

Seems like they genuinely care about reptiles and try to give them as good a quality of life as possible. Also vet buyers carefully to ensure they have adequately sized containers. Not all places will do this and if it means they can't undercut prices as much as other places to ensure a high level of care and health for the animals then its definitely worth it.

I love this shop and travel further to get here, than my local reptile stores. I have purchased two beautiful and tame corn snakes from here, at different times and I have to say prices are the same, if not cheaper than I google else where. The shop always has loads of stock but I find chatting to the staff, Josh in particular is extremely helpful, means they will order things in for me. Reviews aren't my normal thing but this shop deserves 10/5 stars!!PS This shop has far more stock, and is far cleaner, than my local shops in Newport!!

When I've taken my autistic boy down there the gentleman has always been nice. My son asked a pink haired girl if he cld take pics for school, he asked nicely and was answered Rudely by her. She said no u can't u can see the no pics sign. He was very upset and doesn't want to go again!

Bought my little Crested gecko Dini (after Houdini) from these guys (the lady that showed/sold me him knows why lol) just under 2 weeks ago he was more white/sandy when i bought him but goes this color more often then the original, really helpful staff, she seemed to know what was what especially compared to some other places we went to, if you see this an remember me (big guy beard, we had a runner :P) have your dairy cow isopods become available yet?would recommend this store

They were polite and welcoming but seem to have given us completely incorrect information about our pet snake and tortoises, claiming humidity doesn't affect snake shedding and that leopard tortoises cannot live together. Both of which are completely incorrect. Disappointing as they seemed helpful at first
