We've recently bought a house through Sophie Hill and they've been great. Sophie and her team are super helpful with any questions you have and make first time buying easy! Even after having our offer accepted we requested more viewings to take measurements and prepare for moving day to ensure we have everything on the day, this wasn't an issue with Sophie Hill. They're friendly, polite and very helpful, cant recommend them enough!

Sophie was great in selling our house. I emailed her on a Friday night and she came back to me personally herself on a Friday night also. She came out to me on the Sunday and put my house on the market. Within a week my house had sold.I was I bit worried when she valued the house as the valuation I had previously was £12000 less from another agent but how wrong were they. she obviously knows the housing market. A big thank you and would highly recommend you to everybody. The unique walk through videos are second to none also.Many thanks

Highly recommend Sophie Hill.Excellent service and information by both Sophie and Helene. Made to feel very at ease and reassured al the way through of what was happening. Nothing was too much trouble and was given help to find solicitor that was very efficient aswell. Lovely team of peolple nothing too much trouble for them. Will be looking to use Sophie again soon. Brilliant service would recommend buying or selling with Sophie, really sold us the house when we viewed, worked very hard behind the scenes in getting the right deal for both parties. Viewed with other estate agents and didn't come close to Sophies service, will definitely use again if needed.

Very Poor ServiceWC 20/3/23 - Tried to book 3 viewings for that weekend (Fforchaman Road, Merthyr Road and Robertstown) Left 4 voicemails and sent 2 emails but never received a response.WC 3/4/23 - managed to finally get hold of the agent. Booked in 3 viewings for the Saturday. As we live in England travelled 3.5 hours and booked into a hotel to then at 8pm Friday evening receive a text message from Sophie stating she was cancelling the viewings.Have dealt with Penhill Jones and Apex over last few weeks and are both superior estate agents.
