Went in for a test drive and absolutely fell in love with the car! Service was excellent and not pushy at all. However when I got home over the next few days we found out some complications we hadn't thought of with regards to us getting an electric car in army accommodation. Called up and explained my situation, I was offered to look at another car and was listened to about the problems we had encountered. In the end I decided to keep my current car for a bit longer and my deposit was returned with no dramas. Highly recommended this place, extremely professional service.

Stay clear would be my advice. Poor after sales service. Multiple faults with my vehicle and all the advice I received was call the AA Skoda Assist. Poor communication throughout! As soon as the sale was completed their level of commitment dwindled.I would recommend Salisbury Skoda or Winchester, both have stepped in and helped.1 star is being kind.

I recently purchased my new ŠKODA from the Southampton branch. I was very pleased with the service in general, the team were welcoming and helpful but our salesman, Richard, was great. He explained everything, was warm and friendly, and I felt he went above and beyond to make sure I could drive the car away as soon as possible. I am very happy with my purchase! Highly recommend.

Purchased a 2yr old used Skoda Octavia from Richmond Skoda in January. The vehicle is faulty with RELENTLESS software issues. I have contacted the previous owner who has advised this was why he sold it, yet Richmond were happy to sell it on and now don't care. Infotainment crashes and numerous error messages that are still appearing nine months later. My car has been back to them 4 times. They are not proactive in resolving issues with long wait times to get the car booked in. They have failed to resolve the issues fully and despite speaking with several managers they simply do not care. Service desk staff are rude with poor customer service, telling me to return the car to where I purchased it" despite telling them minutes before that I purchased it from them. They do not respond to emails. Even now with Skoda UK customer services aware & helping me Richmond managers fail to speak to me

Excellent customer service buying a used Skoda. Sam was so helpful, friendly and honest from start to finish. Car was picked up on my wife's birthday and the car was decorated in balloons and ribbons for her. Furthermore on collection of the car there was an issue with the radio. We took the car anyway and at a later date Sam picked up the car from our home, sorted out the issue and brought the car home on the same day. Best customer service we have ever had with a car purchase. Thank you Sam.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Had to time our purchase with returning an existing lease car to avoid overlap and Richard and the team bent over backwards to accommodate - it worked out perfectly. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend. Obviously very happy with the car too!
