Wouldn't go to any other pet shop in Tavistock for our 3 bulldog's. They can't do enough to help, if they haven't got what you want, they will do there best to get it.Plus the dogs love them.

Placed a order online and sent payment. The company didn’t send goods and cancelled order and refunded without a explanation. Complete waste of my time placing a order. If the company doesn’t want online pet food orders don’t offer this service to start with!

Fantastic shop, loads of great stock. My dog loves the selection of goodies! Excellent, competitive prices. Anything they don’t have on the shelves can be ordered in without any fuss. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic pet shop! Excellent quality products!, excellent staff, patient, friendly, helpful and go the extra mile. Took my bouncy puppy there yesterday. The assistant was so patient, professional and really went out of her way to make sure the chosen harness for my puppy was a correct fit and safe. I so appreciated her time, knowledge, advice, patience, friendliness and care. So I say a big THANK YOU :-)

Such a lovely shop to visit, in Tavistock for the day whilst staying in Devon for the weekend and we needed a new collar for our Chocolate Labrador. Its lovely to visit this shop and receive good advice, we enjoy being able to support independent retailers, the service and friendliness from the owners is wonderful and thats certainly the case here.

Always love supporting the local shops, great little pet shop who can also order in what i need if they havent got it in stock. Will always use them for my dog Archie who knows the staff in their very well.

If you are looking for a professional level of service from highly skilled and approachable staff, this the place to go. They always have provided me with with excellent guidance, information and support looking and buying the right products for my range of animals. Debbie even went the extra mile to find the right dog food for my fussy eater. Highly recommend this business.

I went for advise for kitten food and was introduced to a new product called Carnilove , am so glad i took advice from the lovely young lady who served me, both kittens love the wet and dry food . A big Thank you to all the lovely staff , who are always so helpful.
