I recently had my rear wheel buckle on my bike and I was in a bit of a panic. I contacted Richardsons and they were fantastic from start to finish. They were able to complete the repair on the same day.The service I received from them was exceptional. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they kept me updated throughout the repair process. I was impressed with the quality of work that they did.I found that the prices were very reasonable. I feel like I received great value for my money, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of bike repairs.I would give them my highest recommendation. Thanks again for all your help

A fantastic bike shop. I used to live in Essex and would get all my bike gear from here. Always super helpful, patient and happy. I still go down and visit them every now and then to catch up and for them to service my TT bike

First time back in the saddle for years and I guess bikes have moved on in that time. I am a novice at riding once more and with regards the technology on bikes. Richardson's cycles staff were excellent and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns about riding today's road bikes. No question was to stupid for them and they explained everything about the bike until I had it firmly in mind. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable. 5/5. Thanks all. Thoroughly recommend getting a bike from this shop.

I purchased and got new handlebars fitted here based on a recommendation from Velo Insights. This is a great bike shop very knowledgeable staff. I spoke to Sam and he was able to fit the bars within an hour and gave me some great advice about different light and bike computer mounting options. Although not local I will definitely come here again!

Reasonably priced with great advice.Wanted to add a mountain bike too so came here for great advice and first class service.Really pleased with my new bike.Erik, Sam and the team went the extra mile to ensure my bike was right for me.Highly recommended.
