TERRIBLE!!!! Doesn't give a single hoot about their patients. NEGLECTFUL!! Will not give my daughter her medication as the doctors cannot seem to record things correctly and refuse to put my asthmatic daughters inhalers on a repeat. If you put your child's health above their laziness and tell them my child shouldn't have to suffer because you keep making mistakes" they laugh at you and rudely hang up on you"

Best GP service I have found in many years. They deserve credit where it is due from the staff at reception to the doctors themselves. Thank you for the many years of service and I hope to see this surgery grow from strength to strength to add more value to the community they serve.

Very happy with the surgery. I have an excellent diabetes nurse Sue and any doctors I see or speak to are always professional and considerate. Also reception staff are very good, in the past the reception staff have been a bit short and rude. I was thinking of leaving the surgery, but the new management has made lots of improvements, the surgery is much more pleasant and welcoming.

Since Dr Swinyard left , this surgery has gone downhill quicker than the roller coaster at Blackpool.Trying to book an appointment has become increasingly difficult when 9/10 times you're told that they are fully booked and new dates haven't been released. My wife has been informed by a third party that she needs specialist cardiology screening to which the doctor told her she probably hasn't got the particular problem but they'll give her an ecg. You're no sooner in the room before they're trying to get you out.Sue and Trish are the only saving grace about this place.

Totally inadequate, struggle to see a doctor or nurse. I have on going medical issue's that I struggle to cope with, it is near impossible to get appointments. Even when the surgery sends messages to book an appointment you still can not get an appointment. Was diagnosed with diabetes over a year ago was put on medication for 2 months then nothing.Every encounter with surgery is a struggle, very poor

I made an account just to post this review. Been trying to get my pill resubscribed for months now. Kept saying to call back as they had no appointments. Almost 3 months later they decide to tell me the only days I am free during the week a nurse couldn't consult me anyway. Could of had this information a while ago while I still had a reasonable amount of my pills left. Instead of then giving a doctor, they gave me the wrong number for the walk in clinic. I have run out of pills and they didn't even give me any more to tide me over.

This clinic is a failure. I am a patient with them for 4 years and during this time I experienced an unprofessional approach many times. Losing the questionnaires today has already occurred for the third time, sending the material to the laboratory with an unfilled letterhead, which resulted in not receiving a result. This is ridiculous and unacceptable behavior Do you like clinics treat people? Is human life and health a priority for you? After all the situations that I experienced from Phoenix Surgery, I am able to evaluate you below criticism. And by the way, I propose to train the older staff from the reception desk with customers service. New employees try to help and find solutions, while the older ladies have it proverbial. I have been waiting for a month to contact the practice manager, who also does not care.

The doctors rush you and do not even properly listen to your symptoms. I have been suffering with pins and needles in my leg for almost 2 weeks, when I saw the doctor and he spoke with me for about 5 minutes before sending me out. This has been making me very anxious and the doctor didn’t even seem to care. He told me to call back and book a blood test if it persists, which it has, and the earliest I could get a blood test is in one month. Appalling service. Will be changing GP soon.

I think this is the worst doctor's office in the world. It is practically impossible to make an appointment. They send me to the hospital every time. Nightmare.

I'm mostly happy with the service but they struggle like all surgeries. Sue is a fantastic nurse and has always cared for me well. Trish can be feisty on reception but when my wife showed up very sick and desperate for help, she moved heaven and earth to get her seen and to make sure her hospital referral ect was processed, for which we are both eternally grateful. The surgery needs a ton more funding to ensure that it can meet the needs of the people in the community but they do they best they can with what they have.
