Kelham Sports Therapy
I have been seeing Matt for help with sciatic pain and also recovery from running with post massages. He always puts me at ease and is amazing at what he does. My sciatica is so much better and my running is definitely improving due to pre and post run massages. Will be seeing Matt regularly and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic appointment just completed with Matt. Went through history of issues, actively listened, and then prescribed a therapy plan which began immediately. Consummate professional and already booked the next appointments.

Been to plenty of physios around yorkshire and Matt @ Kelham Sports therapy is the best ive had by far. Has Helped me immensely and allowed me to maintain a busy training schedule without having to worry about persistent injuries. Highly recommend!

Matt was very cool and down to earth, and very knowledgeable!During the massage you can tell he knows his craft, instantly tackling the issues I consulted with him for.After the massage, you can tell the work he did had an immediate effect- I was very tired and the sites were swollen (to be expected) but felt great!If you're expecting someone to just swirl oil around your back randomly, dont come here....
