Extremely disappointed with this takeaway. Chicken seemed processed, pork balls were extremely tough and chewy. Even the swat and sour sauce was sickly sweet. The fried rice was extremely dry.For a new customer experience, really disappointing.

I would give this 0 star if I could, a late night Sunday order when lots of places were closed and I wish I hadn’t bothered. The food was totally inedible, the mixed starters shocked me, the crispy duck wasn’t crispy nor the crispy chilli beef and the seaweed may as well have been actual wet seaweed fresh from the sea. First time we have used this takeaway and it was a good experience. Lovely tasty food and delivered hot and fresh.We will return.

Just ordered a chicken chow mein from them on uber eats, and it had absolutely no taste, so dry, and I couldn't even give them a feedback on uber eats.

Some of these reviews it's like I ordered from a completely different place. It was just bad and dissapointing. The fried prawn toast had no prawns in it and was just fried bread, the crab and sweet corn coup was just gloop with seafood sticks(seafood sticks contain 'crab extract' and should not be considered as crab meat), the vegetable curry was really unappealing. I also checked their hygiene rating and they are a 2 out of 5. It's just not good enough.

Wish I read the reviews online before ordering.Ordered after a really bad day to treat myself just to wait 3 hours for no food. Rang up the restaurant just to be yelled at. Half an hour later my food came , but everything I ordered had been tipped out Into the bag.Waste of money I barley have and just the cherry ontop of an already hard day

Very disappointed with the service and the food this evening. Missing food, awful service and the food that did turn up was disgusting.Missing food: all the condiments for the crispy duck and the curry sauce.Awful service: I called the restaurant and I couldn't get a word in. The lady on the phone actually screamed at me and hung up.Disgusting Food: Dry ribs that should have had BBQ sauce on. Dry crispy beef that should have had chilli sauce on. Duck was nice but no condiments to go with it so pretty pointless.Wont be going again.

Ordered delivery food was piping hot and the portions where massive! Would recommend the pork balls - nice big portion of red sauce im happy :)

Just received my order from Lucky Star. Spent around £30 and what I got was not worth this at all. The salt and pepper chips are literally raw potato that just taste like nothing. Along with the egg fried rice which tasted like microwaved packet rice. The chow mien although it was a 'dry' dish, was literally like plain boiled noodles that tasted of nothing. The salt and pepper chicken wings were all gristle, and barely resemble chicken underneath the black coating. Rang up to complain about my order and was shouted at by a rude lady who kept denying everything and blamed all the food quality on the fact it was delivered by Deliveroo. Disgusting food, made worse by horrible customer service. Cans of coke even came warm, and although it shouldn't be expected, there were no prawn crackers which is a rarity when spending over £15.
