John was absolutely brilliant when I thought my laptop fan was damaged. He was really polite, even when I turned up early due to an error on my part, and kept in contact with me during the day, letting me know what was wrong with my laptop and how he was fixing it. His prices are more than reasonable, especially as he went the extra mile to sort out my laptop. 10/10 and I will definitely go back to him for future repairs/laptop upgrades.

Had an expensive desktop system I recently upgraded that was failing to boot properly, issue was resolved within a few hours after I took it to John and on a Sunday as well! and on top of that he tweaked my system to help it perform better and have a longer life expectancy and all of that for a very fair price.Excellent and professional service, would definitely use again.

John is not simply a brilliant mind at what he does. He also cares, and WANTS what he does to be 100% for the customer. His mind works at a million miles an hour. Watching him on remote access to help setup my PC..and the speed he went through items, checked issues, resolved them and so on...it hurt my head to watch his pace.He is like a torpedo of knowledge and ability, who won't be happy until he knows you are happy. I had a new build, and because of screw ups by ME he just made reinstalling Windows..on top of everything else, look like something less complicted than heating up toast.Add all that to the facts, he charges so damn fairly, has a lovely family, an insanely cheeky looking little dog (name withhheld cos no permission)I am a genuine reclusive hermit. The fact that ANYONE can come into my home is daunting. Yet I didn't feel it when John visited...not even a jot.If you want a professional who knows what he's doing, throws all his loved energy into helping you, and won't quit until he knows he has done everything possible for you to completion. ..? Then why are you looking anyplace else..!! ??Quitting is just not in his DNA sequencing..plus truely a pleasure to know.Plus he likes Jake my doggie..and Jake instantly loved his company. He is my firewall judgement backup barometer. If Jake loves you, then I'm already confident...invariably with good reason !!Pete

John is an absolutely lovely bloke in general, an absolute wizard in all things laptops/computers, he has just fully built me a custom pc, could not recommend his services enough.

Honestly the most helpful person ever. Hadn't fixed my PC in years and together we got it working (mainly me following his direction). Through conversations its clear he knows what he's talking about and has lots of experience. He's a gamer and builds his own PCs so clearly has a love for the field. I have had my Dell for more years than I care to remember, and it was showing its age - big time! I don't know exactly how to word it, But John is an absolute gem to this industry, I wish i found him sooner, I really do,My Computer had made a loud bang when turning it on, Honestly i had feared the worst, I called up john, who within seconds of being on the phone with him, Knew the issue, was already ordering the replacement part.I took my PC down to john who is an absolutely lovely bloke in person, He took my PC and told me he would sort it, The next day i got a phone call telling me it was all ready and good to go.So within 24 hours, He had confirmed the issue, ordered the part & fitted everything, He even tidied up my build after i did a horrendous job orriginally.Please, Please use John for any computer related issues, I cannot thankyou enough mate, I will forever be using and recommending you for the forseable future, An absolute legend!
