The team at the carpet store were extremely helpful - hunting out samples to match my request, and happily and patiently repeating this process when the first batch weren't quite right. They were also very accommodating in terms of scheduling the fitter - who did a brilliant job. Price was great and all in all a perfect experience - husband and children very happy too. We have recently had our whole home fitted by the carpet store. The whole experience was exceptional. Ian in the shop was outstanding. His experience and knowledge was comprehensive. He was keen to understand exactly from the onset what our requirements were and they exceeded our expectations. The fitters that were supplied were diligent, hardworking and a delight to have in the house. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Cannot recommend this firm enough and how easy this process was.

So Highly recommended! Zak from the Carpet Store came to our house, measured up and quoted for replacement flooring for 3 rooms. His estimate was reasonable and the costs fair but cheaper than other places for the same flooring! Zak was professional, curteous and all that you could wish for in a salesman, and definately not pushy. Ian was also super helpful when contacted on the phone.Kieran the fitter was awesome, he fitted the vinyl flooring with care and precsion. He took his time but was still efficient and quick. Everything was aligned perfectly, he really was a super fitter! He even managed to get the pattern for all three rooms bob on so that when seen together, from what ever angle, they all looked perfectly aligned! Zak's estimate was also spot on with very little wasted product (and hence no inflated costs!).Cost, communication and professionalism were all great and made the buying experience fantastic. Will definately be buying from these guys again. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful service and great value for money. There was a wide range of carpets when we called in to the store. The help and advice we received from Ian and his colleagues from selection, measurement and final fitting was outstanding. The fitters were brilliant. They arrived on time, worked without a break, shifted furniture and left the place spotless. They were polite and patient and went that extra mile to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. This was the best customer service I have received from any company.

Absolutely brilliant service . Selecting carpet made easy by knowledgeable staff. Excellent choice ,availability and competitive pricing. Nothing too much trouble . Brilliant carpet fitter and changed date due to husbands operation at late notice moving it earlier. We cannot recommend more highly. Shop local and be rewarded by excellent service!!!!!

I have been here a few times, both for myself and my parents. Such friendly and professional service. I can highly recommend Keiron as a fitter, but I suspect that all the fitters are great. Can't recommend them highly enough.
