Spent exactly 25 minutes on my shellac manicure instead of the 40 minutes advertised. Felt rushed and a bad job (one of the nails is already damaged after a few hours).The lady also made my cuticles bleed!Was scolded because my nails were too short. Got other judgy comments, clearly that person was not in a good mood... for example asking when was the last time I had my nails done and making a face" when I said a long time ago...Also the colour on the nail was different from one nail to the other leading to an uneven result.Will not come back."

I had an amazing experience at this lovely beauty parlour today! Came here for a (very) extensive waxing and experienced the least painful waxing of my life (that is 15 years of getting my hair removed this way...). If you are looking for a specialist who pay attention to the condition of your skin as well as providing you with an immaculate waxing look no further! Thank you Annabelle for such a great job! Will come back ❤️

I had a very similar experience to Camille: I went on two separate Mondays , thinking that I would give them a second chance, but the whole process still felt rushed and was at some points painful.On the first occasion I left with bleeding cuticles, even after mentioning how delicate my skin can be.On the second (and last) occasion, I felt like I was an unwelcome guest who had overstayed their welcome. The whole appointment was rushed and the staff member's technique seemed almost aggressive with the speed that she was trying to complete the task at. I left with nails so jagged that I had to spend time at home rounding them off myself.Not the most accommodating staff member, and definitely not a 'people person'!I, likewise, will not be returning.

Can’t recommend Priya and Guys & Dolls enough! Priya is great, does exactly what you ask for (I had a brazilian), is so lovely and makes you feel super comfortable! Exactly what you want from a wax! :)

I am extremely Disgusted and Disappointed with my experience at my last appointment on Monday in this shop. I left feeling belittled after my practioner called me a Big Baby" when through sensitivity I reacted to the pain she was inflicting and then I felt pressured in paying after 80% of my hair remained on my legs and was told that nothing could be done about this. Sadly very bad service to someone just new to this kind ofservice industry..."

Honestly no clue why this place gets any good reviews. Popped in for a manicure and had my cuticles scraped off and made to bleed by a beautician who clearly was in a massive rush. Terrible shellac job. Go anywhere but here for better treatment.

Couldn’t be more satisfied with the treatment (manicure and pedicure) I had at this place. The treatment was really good and the staff was very friendly and made sure we had the best time there. Plus two glasses of prossecco. I will Definitely go back.

Such a great experience. The staff here are so lovely and friendly. I was having a bad day when I went to get my nails done, and visiting Guys & Dolls definitely cheered me right up.
