Great store with fantastic knowledgeable staff! Rhiannon was particularly helpful on my last visit and nothing is too much trouble for Ed and the team! Always fully stocked in my experience and very helpful with product choices!

Excellent service and friendly staff. Thanks for Joseph who spent a lot of time answering my questions and let me try different flavours of e-liquid with different strengths finally I found something that doesn't burn my throat and works well for me. For the first time and after throwing out 3 different e-cig I am really satisfied with my purchase. Thank you!UPDATE 12/12/21: I wrote the above post two years ago because of their excellent service in that time. Now I feel have wasted my money to buy two extra pods to quit smoking. The first one is eLeaf P100, doesn't have air flow control and just after a puff I found out its not my kind of pod, so I asked them to take it and I choose another on, but they did not have return policy! it was giving me hard coughs so when they rejected my request, I decided to buy another device Skope Air; it works well but it leaks and finishes a full tank in an hour. I was there right now to ask about it and potentially BUY the third one. They even didn't have a careful look at it. I felt embarrassed when I exit the door. Just want to update my feedback about this shop. Once upon a time there was a good point to shop there because of the chance of trying out any liquid or device before purchasing but now that because of pandemic it is no longer an option and there is no return policy for in-shop purchases. So, I conclude it is always better to buy my required vaping stuff from Amazon or other websites. Therefore, I reduce my stars from 5 to 2, not because of the problems I have but mostly because the way they answered me. I never go back to this shop again.Update 7/1/2022:I want to choose 5 again as they are absolutely fantastic in customer support and the quality of products. I received a good support and want to say thank you.

The first lad I met here was so nice too, I think his name might’ve been Sam. Anyway, staff super knowledgeable about all their products and very helpful. Highly recommended

I bought 3 elf bars and 1 is faulty, when I inhale no vape comes out. I took it back explained what was wrong and he said I have to open in it in the shop. So I have to open every disposable vape in the shop just to make sure they all work before I leave!?
