Last year Internet Creation put together a brand new, up to date website for us at Furniture Plus. It replaced a rather outdated, difficult to use site and looks a thousand times better than before. They also helped us implement an online store allowing us to generate some much needed sales at a time where our traditional face to face stores were unable to open.It has been a pleasure interacting with everyone at Internet Creation from initial concept to final implementation and ongoing support. My experience has been a very positive one for several reasons. Ian listened and took on board exactly what I was looking for in terms of the design of my website and the ease of accessibility for customers. I wanted a clean, classic look which was not overcrowded or gimmicky. A consistent look with the same colours used for every part of my package was also fundamental to the image that I wished to create. This was achieved by Suzi who took photos of myself and incorporated in business cards and review postcards. Nothing was too much trouble and the company was very patient with my lack of expertise in IT and social media. I suspect that I am not their usual customer. Having worked all my life in the public sector, setting up as a sole trader in a highly competitive field in Edinburgh is a new and exciting, if somewhat daunting, experience. I cannot thank Internet Creation Ltd enough for creating a website which is already receiving compliments!
