Cybertots at GWQ

Without any doubt in my this has to be the best nursery in west London. We recently changed from Kew riverside pre school to cybertots and my kids love this place they don’t want to leave and come home. The staff are great and so welcoming to you and the kids. Today when I went to collect my kids I felt so happy to see how much fun they were having and how much the teachers engage with the children, the information and charts they provide parents with about what your children have been doing, eaten, even how many times they used the toilet, along with naps. So glad we have been able to join them and would happily recommend them to any parents that want the best for their kids. Reasonably priced and clear cut about cost to the parents. So thumbs up and hope they never change. Best wishes to every working here and an even bigger thank you.

As someone who lives in the property nearby this day care centre, I must say that lately it has been unbearably noisy. Two male carers are scarring kids and so the kids are screaming horrendously. I work from home, my neighbour works nights shifts, my daughter is completing her dissertation and this noise makes it really difficult to stay at home, not mentioning to focus or sleep after work. I have been living here in 10 years long before that day care has opened and I also remember the first few years when the Cybertots started the business. It was completely different. Kids were singing and actively learning and playing outside. The carers were absolutely amazing back then and really focusing on kids. I don’t know what happened but now kids are left to do whatever they want to do and the carers instead of preparing activities they chitchat with each other. I LOVE KIDS BUT I CANNOT LIVE AND NORMALLY FUNCTION BECAUSE THE CARERS TEAM FROM THIS DAY CARE IS UNABLE TO PROFESSIONALLY ORGANISE ACTIVITIES FOR KIDS WHILE IN THE GARDEN!!! PLUS LIKE I MENTIONED BEFORE TWO MALE CARERS SCARE CHILDREN AT THE SAME TIME BEING LOUDER THAN THE KIDS. THIS IS NOT NORMAL AND UNACCEPTABLE !!!! There are many people complaining from the GWQ development and are considering to further complain if nothing will change.

The kids were really happy to go to nursery, they enjoyed a lot all the activities, specially the ones in the garden. Staff was great too!

COVID-19 has sadly meant my little ones have missed out on what they know as normal life. Since returning a few weeks ago, Katya and her team have worked hard to ensure they have done everything they can to make Cybertots as safe as possible. We were thrilled to know the same team were there on our return! With bags of enthusiasm! Also love that the children are outside as much as possible.

My son has been attending Cybertots for a few weeks now and they have honestly worked amazing to ensure he has settled in. I am so happy that I found such a loving nursery. Highly recommend!
