BE CAUTIOUS.Like previous reviewers I had no end of hassle with this company when I received an item which was faulty. The fault was not even related to their embroidery; it was a manufacturing fault with the jacket, which I think they should have noticed before embroidering, it was very obvious.Despite initial denial and refusal to accept the manufacturing fault, they did eventually accept it. Supposedly as a matter of ‘good will’, they agreed to replace it with an alternative product. I don’t think they have heard of the Consumer Act. Customer service from their ‘head of sales’ is truly appalling, I have never encountered anything like it. It took over a month to receive the replacement item.As an organisation we have accepted we will have to swallow the cost of the logo and move on to a different company for our future products.

Order from here alot also paid 20 to have a logo setup which they charge. Ordering some special delivery bags which will have our logo on asked for a copy of our logo file for which they want 50 to release even though they don't supply the bags. Don't seem to understand when explaining to them. From now on I will take my business elsewhere there are much better places out there

I had a few issues with ordering the product I needed online as well as finding the logo I had set up previously but they were excellent with communication throughout and helped me get the order sorted and delivered out to me in good time. There was also a mix up with one of the products missing embroidery and they sorted it out including, being collected, embroidery done and sent back out to me FOC. Again excellent communication throughout. I love the quality of the products and the embroidery and have used them several times before. I can't fault how they have dealt with everything as I think you really see a company when there is an issue to be dealt with. Thank you! Very helpful people with a can do attitude, which helped me with a somewhat complex design. The resulting embroidery was wonderful, and has been much praised when commented on by those who have seen it.All in all I can totally recommend Whittakers Embroidery to anyone looking for a friendly service, and a great product.

Absolutely superb. Their service is really good. They are very helpful as a team as well.Their on-line service is simply easy, brilliant and makes the process enjoyable and efficient. What I also like about it, is the finished product is BETTER then what you see on-line. The quality is awesome as well as the garments they use.I have recently ordered some custom T-Shirts for a party I am attending for my family and I. Amazing service have ordered a number of different items (polos and jackets) with my own design on them and from start to finish the service was incredible and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. The embroidery is top notch and I’m so pleased to see my designs come to life. Will definitely be using you again. Thanks.

Bought some cotton bathrobes and they were beautiful and such good quality but too big. Awesome service. I just returned them and Tom replaced for smaller size. No bothersome process of buying the smaller size and refund on original order. Love it!! Like the good old days. Lol. Will definitely use this company again.

****AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE RIPP OFFS THEY MAKE A MISTAKE AND EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR IT AND THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO THEIR MANAGER NEED TO GET SOME LESSONS ON HOW TO HANDLE SITUATIONS INSTED OF SAYING IF YOU WANT TO TAKE THINGS FURTHER I WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH OUT SOLICITORS DETAILS***HERE IS MY EXPERIENCE WITH THESE IDIOT OF A COMPANYThe first time i used whittakers embroidery was last year when i ordered 20 black trucker caps with white print and what i recived was 20 white caps with black print i called them straight away and they resolved the problem which shouldn't have happened anyway.Last week i called them to order more of the same hats which i ordered previously and a lady took my order she explained to me that its going to be the exact same as last time black caps with white print.My order arrived yesterday i open the box and guess what they messed up again its was the wrong size logo print i called them straight away and explained this and they said to email them the old hat picture and the New one side by side i also added another one showing them the measurement of both hats, then i get a email in the morning saying"Firstly I am very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your caps. However, this print on you last order, was exactly the same as the previous order. No changes have been made on your stored logo from your approval.You approved this logo on your previous order last August of 66mm high, and again this would not be changed unless our customers requested this."And then i called to say that they are wrong and you can Cleary see it on the pictures they are wrong sizes the lady explained to me she can't help me and there is no one available in the office to help me with this matter then she game me her managers email address.I emailed the manager saying " Hi david i order some caps off you and it arrived yesterday but im not happy with them as they are the wrong size print iam sending you 3 attached pictures to see for yourself.I need this resolved as soon as possible many thanks"Hes reply was "Hi Abdul,Yes I have already discussed this with Allison. I have seen the pictures and our designs already in addition to your approval from one year ago.There is no way we could have changed the size of the logo from previous.So in conclusion we have fulfilled your order as previous.Yours sincerelyDavid DuckworthGeneral ManagerThen i emailed him saying to call me on my mobile which he refused saying" I'm afraid my decision on this will not change.If you would like to take things further I will provide you with our solicitors details for any future correspondence."Then i called the office to speak to mr DUCKWORTH and as soon as i said my name they cut the line off i tried to call them back but no answer.How is this fair where i loose out because of their mistake judge it for yourself people don't use this company use other companies and save yourself from getting ripped of.

Was after a particular jacket & Whittakers were the only decent looking company offering it & have since placed a few more orders with them - brillaint service, products are great & the staff are always happy to help. Even rushed through an order for me which is much appreciated!
