Outstanding 24-hour gym! The facilities are nice, but the staff here is the friendliest and most helpful I've encountered compared to other gyms. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay fit and motivated!

Afwgc is a great gym. All staff members are extremely welcoming and friendly. They have supported me from being a novice to being a more sweaty novice!! I've recently signed up for Pt sessions with Felicia who I can't praise highly enough.

I’m currently going to this gym and will stick to it - literally my fav gym! The staff are so great and the gym is always clean and tidy too, the environment is friendly and you’ll definitely feel good going when you do, highly recommend.

Really great gym with fantastic fitness facilities . After a few weeks you can try out their other branches which have all sorts of equipment great for encouraging someone new to get fit close to their area as-well as accurate biometric measurers . The staff at Welwyn are very friendly and facilitate a healthy gym atmosphere - which is not an easy thing when weights can be left lying around etc - but they do it and do it well .

In love with this Gym, after long long long time of me NOT working out, choosing Anytime Fitness gym in Welwyn Garden City was the best choice I ever made in making a come back. The trainers are wonderfully welcoming and supportive, very friendly and approachable. Gym is fairly clean and tidy. I just feel motivated and always looking forward to my next visit.

Clean, flexible and extemely professional. ATF is miles above local competition with their service alone.24hours is perfect for unsociable hours, free parking, bike racks to store your bike, very clean reliable machinery and a nice demographic of customers. £130 is a lot to commit to a gym, but it's definitely worth it especially if you take advantage of the 24 hour asepct.

Friendly helpful staff, convenient location, spotlessly clean. Some machines are looking a bit tired but they all work and are fine. The staff remembered me after a two month absence and addressed me by name. I cannot recommend this gym highly enough

Fantastic place to work out.Plenty of choice. All the standard workout machines for muscle building as well as a well equipped area for loose weights and floor work.There are enough cardio machines to mean there's always opportunities to work out, even at peak times.Nice to see a gym that has a bunch of classes that seem to have a regular attendance of friendly members. Nice to have the option to use the studio area when there isn't a class in progress.Super friendly staff always make me leave with a smile on my face even after a tough workout.
