So much fun in the Lush store with Ibby today, we bonded over terrible decor and noughties culture and I came out with the most delish fragrance, thanks for the recco :). Update - I've had SO many compliments, Tumeric Latte fragrance FTW

Archie served me and I'm new to bath bombs as I've never tried them I was convinced to buy my first one. I love his outgoing personality and he is so welcoming and down to earth I ended up talking to him for an hr trying different products he recommended to me. So I bought a few Lush products. I want to return back and see him again when I buy more. Thank you Archie. You are wonderful. Keep up the fantastic work :)

Went in there yesterday to buy another bottle of honey I washed the kids. Was recommended this the other week by one of the girls that work there. Explained the typ of product I needed (very sensitive skin) she helped me find the right product. She even threw in a few tester samples. Love the fact you can take empty pots back and get money off or free face mask. Great idea

Thank you so much for an absolutely brilliant Home Education session today! We loved making Toby's cow and look forward to using him in the bath at the weekend when Yve's sister comes to stay. The staff were absolutely brilliant especially Els and Dani who were so encouraging and enthusiastic! I also have some really lovely photos the staff took! Hopefully we can book another session in the near future ☺️

Great place to grab yourself something nice for a day in, or even if you looking for a gift for someone. The place is a bit small and crowded but the smells are amazing from all the soap products. The presentation of products and colours is also emasculate and the staff are very welcoming and lovely. Definitely recommend visiting if your in the area.

I visit the lush shop frequently with my daughter who is 2. We are always politely greeted by the staff, they are always willing to help in any way they can while also having a friendly and personal conversation, really making us feel welcomed and more than happy to come back time and time again. On this particular occasion we were served by a kind young lady named Taliah, and a gentleman who’s name I didn’t catch, they both engaged in a conversation with myself and my very overtired toddler, they gave her demonstrations of bath bombs and bubble bars which she was very amused by. And were altogether very welcoming and once again made our visit an overall pleasant experience. Thank you to all the team at this store, we will most definitely continue to pop in on our visits to the city centre.

I have only ever bought gift boxes for others in lush but this time I was shopping for myself and Georgie explained all the product ranges so beautifully and patiently !!
